All reservations must be made in advance through phone, email, or online booking. Confirmation is subject to vehicle availability. K.O Black, LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Rates are based on vehicle type, service duration, distance, and service category. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made according to the agreed terms at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking, and special requests.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame provided at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full or partial charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to company policy.
5. Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time may be provided depending on the service type. Additional waiting time beyond the allotted period will be charged accordingly.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for maintaining proper conduct during the ride. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the customer. Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.
7. Safety & Liability
K.O Black, LLC prioritizes passenger safety. While every effort is made to provide safe and timely transportation, the company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or circumstances beyond its control.
8. Vehicle & Service Changes
K.O Black, LLC reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value if necessary. Service details may be adjusted due to operational requirements.
9. Privacy Policy
Customer information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes. K.O Black, LLC does not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
